- How do I get there and where do I park? Ben Avon is located west of Bellevue along Ohio River Boulevard, Route 65.  Free parking is available on the street and at the Community Presbyterian Church of Ben Avon’s parking lot next to the church at 7501 Church Ave, Ben Avon. You can walk or drive the tour.
- Can I eat, drink or use the restrooms in the homes? No. We request that guests respect the care taken by the homeowner to prepare the home for the tour and use restrooms at the Ben Avon Borough Hall 7101 Church Ave., Anchor and Anvil or the Community Presbyterian Church. Local restaurants may also allow for use of their restrooms by patrons.
- Is there a place to grab a quick bite to eat before or after the tour? Gourmet Goodies will be available at house #2 – in the McCourt’s Irish Pub during the tour. Additionally, there are several local restaurants highlighted in the program. Additionally, the Ben Avon Community Presbyterian Church (7501 Church Ave) has a craft and vendor fair from 10 am-4 pm including soup, sandwiches, and desserts for sale.
- Can photos be taken in the houses? We ask that guests not take photos inside the houses, as it is disruptive to the other guests, disturbs flow and homeowners have not agreed to any photography. If the homeowner approves of photography, that is up to them.

ABOUT THE TOUR
On the tour, each home is beautifully decorated to not only honor the historical features of the home, but also to demonstrate the unique style and taste of the homeowners. Our homeowners are happy to share their journey with you regarding their home, including any upgrades and changes made. We will also provide our guests with a detailed history of the homes and of our area in general. This gives our guests a fascinating look back into times past and allows them to see how the homes have transitioned across time.
